Onfido is a technology company that helps businesses verify people's identities using a photo-based identity document, a selfie and artificial intelligence algorithms.


Onfido, a leading identity verification company, utilizes AI and machine learning for quick and secure user identification. They tasked me with redesigning their website to enhance user experience and content organization. Through wireframing and iterative design, we crafted a site that distinctly conveys Onfido's strengths in identity verification. We began by analyzing Onfido's existing website and realized it was cluttered and disorganized. Our solution involved categorizing the content into intuitive groups and employing drop-down menus for easier navigation. Moreover, we decluttered the homepage to spotlight crucial information, ensuring users are greeted with relevance. This strategy enhanced user experience by reducing cognitive overload and simplifying content discovery.
